Rubiquil, a son of the dressage legend Rubinstein I, competed successfully at the international level for many years under Leunus van Lieren. Laurens van Lieren made his Grand Prix debut with this stallion, won the 2007 Team European Championship with Rubiquil’s son Ollright, and finished sixth in the 2008 World Cup final in Den Bosch. Rubiquil’s daughter Roumanda is an outstanding Grand Prix horse. Rubiquil’s grandsire Roemer has greatly benefitted dressage horse breeding in the Netherlands. Captain Jack-L's dam Z Romantic L recently passed the IBOP, and her sire Don Romantic received the elite predicate last year from the Danish studbook. Captain Jack-L's great-granddam Orianta is qualified at Z2-level dressage. Uniek L, an Orianta son by Diamond Hit, was invited for the second round viewing. Orianta's sire, the keur stallion Clavecimbel, was known as an outstanding dressage sire, and her dam Vanda prestatie (s.Doruto) has produced several Prix St.Georges and National dressage horses. Captain Jack-L is a beautiful modeled, strongly built stallion.
