Cairo W's sire Untouchable is a young Grand Prix show jumper under Alvaro Affonso De Miranda Neto. By this, the stallion is following in the hoofprints of his sire Hors La Loi. Cairo's great-grandsire Heartbreaker preferent was an outstanding show jumper and passes on his talent to his offspring.

Cairo W’s dam Pele passed the mare test, scoring 8.5 for jumping form. Her dam Jella Rava and her great-granddam Bellafleur also passed the mare test, thus totalling three consecutive generations of broodmares that also perform well under saddle. Bellafleur produced the Z-level jumper Labellarava (s.Calypso). The prematurely deceased keur stallion Karandasj, Cairo W's grandsire, won the silver medal at the European Championships for Young Riders and later experienced international success in the senior division. The national jumper Fortuna (s.Animo) and the approved Grand Prix dressage stallion Vosmaer are both descendants of this line. The Thoroughbred-cross Enrico adds a dash of "blood" to Cairo W's pedigree.
