Cender's sire United is already competing successfully in the Small Tour under Edward Gal.  Bordeaux, the 2009 Stallion Show Champion, and Armani are United's two KWPN-approved sons. His daughter Brooklyn was the 2009 National Mare Selection Champion, and his son TC Athene won the 2009 Pavo Cup. In addition, United has sired numerous other top selection horses, making him a promising stallion in both sport and breeding. Both his sire Krack C and his grandsire T.C.N. Partout competed internationally under Anky van Grunsven. Among T.C.N. Partout's offspring is the remarkable international dressage mare, Exquis Nadine, ridden by Hans Peter Minderhoud. Cender, a well-developed stallion with good rectangular-shaped conformation, is out of Jolinia. She is by the all-around sire Damiro. In addition to Cender, Jolinia is dam to a ZZ-light dressage horse by Krack C. Jolinia's dam Inia (s.Amor) was the Dutch champion, and her son Bollvorm’s Gambler (s.Rechter) is qualified at the Small Tour-level.
