The strong mare VDL Winstone (Silverstone x Syranta s.Voltaire, breeder P. Timmer), ridden by Dennis van Tilburg scored an 8.5 and an 8.3 in the final. Not the best result in the final but certainly enough to win the VION-Cup for four-year-olds, judged over two rounds.
Wajax (Marlon x Carina prest sport(spr) s.Legaat, breeder J. Hoorn) followed with 8.5 and 8 points in the final. With rider Stefan Adamowicz Wajax showed a ver good body-use and a lot of jumping capacity.
Wizzerd van de Silverhoeve (Lupicor x Sisca s.Voltaire, breeders Swierstra e& Swierstra) en Lincom's Wicoca Cl (Concorde x Capitol II, breeder Cor van der Linden) shared the third position.

The KWPN-stallion Vleut (Quick Star x Cantus, bred by Wolters-Ongering), grandson of the famous mare Jikke, won the VION-Cup for five-year-olds. His rider was Maikel van der Vleuten who’s father Eric van der Vleuten rode Jikke for a long time with a lot of great successes. The stallion jumped with an incredibly lot of quality to the victory in ‘his’ final.
The second position was for Rapide Zermie (Namelus R x Joost, bred by Stal Roelofs) with Sander Geerink. Jessica Dozeman rode Viva la Vie (Oramé x Heartbreaker, bred by Leo de Bruin) to the third place.

The best six-year-old jumper was the Celano-daughter Uceline, ridden by Willem Greve. He rode with the mare, which is bred by Vincent Wolfkamp, a perfectly clear round in de quickest time. Anne-Martine van Liere and Ups-A-Daisy (Gentleman x Hamilcar, breeder P.M.M. van Liere) placed second. At the third position came Ultrafox (Ginus x Voltaire, breeder G.M. ten Hool), ridden by Hester Klompmaker.

In the pouring rain Rogier Linssen and Numero Uno-son Tyson (ds.Voltaire, bred by Lindeboom & Meijer) won the VION-Cup for seven-year-olds. With a very well ridden final round they left Nathalie van der Mei and Heechiems Tsjarina (Corland x Irrina prest s.Nimmerdor, breeder S. Kooistra) just behind. The second place in this championship was for Trappist (Hamlet out of Natalie by Hofnar) from breeder P. van Zelst, also ridden by Rogier Linssen. Hester Klompmakers and the eager KWPN-stallion Tygo (Numero Uno x Purioso, breeder T. Kraan Muskens) had also a good competition and became third.
