Retesting Committee Convenes: Floris TN Approved this Evening
This evening, the retesting committee for jumpers gathered to retest the jumper stallions Hummertime and Floris TN.
Floris TN, a five-year-old which participated in the voluntary performance test, and three-year-old Hummertime were not approved following the spring performance test. As a result, the registered parties of both stallions opted to present the stallions before the retesting committee. The retesting committee reviewed the initial decision concerning Floris TN and subsequently approved him. Floris TN is by Quality Time out of the elite mare Arisinaa. This Vancouver daughter is out of Irisinaa (s.Nimmerdor), who is also the dam of the successful jumper MacKinley. Floris TN was bred by Jan Breukink of Vorden, who shares registration of the stallion with Team Nijhof of Geesteren. Hummertime, a three-year-old by Carembar de Muze (better known as Glock’s London), was bred by Harrie Vaessen, who shares registration of the stallion with Ralf Vaessen and Patrick Lemmen. The retesting committee, which includes Chairman Ad Aarts, Peter Strijbosch and Bart Henstra, found no cause to review the Stallion Selection Committee's decision in the case of Hummertime, 30 (Quality Time x Vancouver).
