The interest for the foals increased once again, buyers from both within and across the national borders found their way to the KWPN Online Foal Auction. The average sales price of 4.415 euro indicated that online foal auctions experience an upward trend. Legs-Up Lottie (s.Baltic VDL) was this edition’s topseller, the show jumper filly exchanged hands for 6.300 euro.

Opportunities

Both breeders and buyers would like to see another edition of the KWPN Online Foal Auction. Harmsen, breeder of a young First Choice, says to be happy with the result of KWPN Online Foal Auction. “I am a passionate breeder and put a lot of time in my hobby. This year I was very satisfied about my foal and I am happy that he is sold for a good price to a renowned stable in Belgium. At this address he will receive all possible opportunities. It is great to sell my foal to the right people through this channel.”
