With only the follow-up selection to go, the provisional number of dressage stallions qualified for the second round viewing is 92. Included in this number are the 21 stallions selected today, among them five sons by Ferdeaux.

Today featured offspring by well-represented stallions, including Expression, Ferdeaux and Everdale. Ferdeaux boasted the most sons: five, while Expression, Fellini and For Romance each had two sons selected for the second round viewing. “We were able to stay consistent with the first three days. So we hardly had to make any concessions on size and good movement, including suspension. Today, we added another set of fine stallions to the collection, which ensures that we'll eagerly look forward to the selection in 's-Hertogenbosch,” said Bert Rutten, Chairman of the Stallion Selection Committee. “We selected five interesting stallions by Ferdeaux, and his sons stood out favorably for their canter, among other things. That was a bit more difficult with the Expression offspring today. Still, we also selected two interesting sons by him, as well as two fine sons by Fellini. And we also invited several stallions for the second round viewing in the framework of blood distribution.” More dressage stallions are still expected for the follow-up selection on Monday, December 12.
