The organization of the dressage horse auction Excellent Dresssage Sales (EDS) is searching for talented young dressage horses of different ages and levels. Owners of ‘excellent’ dressage horses can sign up for the selection days at Hooge Mierde and Heerewaarden.

The Excellent Dressage Sales will be held on the 15th of April 2017 at Landgoed Culitsrode in Hooge Mierde for the fourth time. The EDS-team, existing of Joop van Uytert, Tim Coomans, Nico Witte and Joep Schellekens, selects the best dressage horses from Holland and abroad. “We try to find a complete collection of horses, ranging from just broken 3-year-olds to experienced Grand Prix horses, and in various price categories. We already managed to secure several top-horses, but are also searching for new talent”, says Joop van Uytert. The committee organizes three days where owners can show their horses without any costs involved.

• Saturday January 14th, 2017: location Academy Bartels in Hooge Mierde

During the Excellent Dresssage Sales 2016, 37 horses were auctioned. This resulted in a total turnover of 1.7 million euro, with an average price of 48.000 euro per horse.
