Both from the proven as the young sires offspring made their appearance in the second and third round viewing today. A total group of 21 stallions made a very good impression and was accepted for performance testing. Four of them were invited for the championship ring.

In the second round viewing the judges saw 51 stallions. 25 of them were selected for the third inspection. Mostly because of their pedigree, for 4 stallions this was their final destination. A total of 21 stallions was accepted. “We have seen a good group of stallions today. Stallions that could convince in their type, way of moving and good pedigree. Keeping blood distribution in mind, we could give interesting stallions a chance to prove themselves in the performance test",  said Stallion Selection Committee Chair Bert Rutten.  The German top sire De Niro and the promising sport- and breeding stallion Ferdeaux both had three sons accepted of which one of them is invited to the championship ring, that is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. These were Ferdeaux-son Jackpot (out of Diatina elite IBOP-dres by Metall, b. reg.p M. van de Goor from Herpen) partly owned by Joop van Uytert and the De Niro offspring  Just Wimphof (out of Rastede elite IBOP-dres sport-dres by Riccione, breeder/reg. party Carla Rienks-Kramer from Westerlo) co-owned by E.J. Rienks from Westerlo and Joop van Uytert.
