Several nines for approved dressage stallion Imposantos
This week, the Wynton-son Imposantos gave his final presentation in the Stallion Performance test. Past summer, the stallion got third in the Pavo Cup. Now he is approved with top marks making a total of 89 points and is accepted into the studbook.
The black stallion Imposantos (out of Zarina elite IBOP-dr PROK by Krack C, breeder W. Wijnen from Berlicum) registered with Theo Driessen from Heelsum received an 8,5 for the canter, all other marks were a 9. Chair of the stallion selection committee Bert Rutten explained: “Imposantos lived up to the expectations of his pedigree this past summer in the Pavo Cup and also in the KWPN performance test he left a very good impression. It is a stallion with a lot of expression, suspension, and technique of moving.”
His dam Zarina is the half-sister of the Grand Prix-dressage horse Tarina (s.Jazz) ridden by Katja Gevers, and from this same dam-line, we find several sport horses at ZZ-Licht level or higher, like the Small Tour horses Best Caol (s.Daddy Cool) and Erina (s.Jazz).
The breeders and owners of the stallion will be honored during the final presentation of the KWPN Performance test for the three-year-olds on Saturday November 25th. The same applies to the breeders and owners from the four-year-old jumper stallions It’s Otto and Cantona TN that passed this week as well.
