Just now, the Habanna-son Karolus Magnus was honoured as the champion of the Gelder horses. In the atmospheric Brabanthallen in Den Bosch, the final featured three stallions. The breeding product of dressage stables Rutten from Hunsel had the upper hand.

Four stallions placed themselves for the third-round viewing this morning. Three of them were appointed for the performance test. They battled against each other in the championships round. Crowned champion was Karolus Magnus, a son of Habanna out of Finetty ster by Alexandro P, chairman of the judges Reijer van Woudenberg praised: “A stallion of size, strong conformation and one with lots of power and impression in his movements.” This dam line also produced the Gelder stallion Chablis.

The other two appointed stallions were not placed. This were Cat.no 663, Kay M&M a son of Ferdeaux out of Felvira keur by Alexandro P out of the dam-line of the Grand Prix-dressage horse Pandoer. He was berd by M.C.M. van de Sande from Helvoirt. The secon stallion was the Cat.no. 655, a well-developped son by the Grand Prix-stallion Dante Weltino, that moved through the ring with abundant technique. He stems from the elite preferente prestatie mare Vidieni, that obtained both the sport-springen and sport-dressuur predicate. The daughter of Parcival is also dam to the Small Tour-horse Dieni Dieni by Spielberg.
