There is no horse in the world that has so many fans as Totilas. In the past in the dressage arena, and nowadays outside of that, he still gives everyone who sees him goose bumps. Now that this living legend no longer appears in the competition ring himself, his approved sons and grandsons make sure that we will never forget him. And the latter will certainly not happen if you come to the KWPN Stallion Show on Friday; Totilas, the most impressive dressage horse in the world, makes his appearance in the show 'Black Magic'!

European Champion, World Champion, winner of the World Cup finals and many international Grand Prix victories with even scores of over 90%: the list of achievements is long and impressive! Together with Edward Gal he rose above the world top. After a career under the German rider Matthias Alexander Rath, he retired from competition in 2015. Nowadays, the black stallion is nineteen years old and is stabled at Gestüt Schafhof, where Matthias trains and lives.

After an absence of nine years, dressage legend Totilas makes his appearance at the KWPN Stallion Show once again. In 2010 he was present at the farewell of Gribaldi, and honored as KWPN Horse of the Year for the second year in a row. This year the show revolves completely around him and his offspring. Three of his KWPN approved sons, GLOCK's Toto Jr., GLOCK's Total U.S. and GLOCK's Trafalgar, enter the arena under saddle and will show what they inherited from their sire. Their strong genetic package resulted into great qualities in movement and character. Totilas’ grandsons are also taking part in this show: Kayne (s.Governor), King (s.Governor), King Karim (s.GLOCK's Toto Jr.) and GLOCK's Taminiau (s.GLOCK's Toto Jr.), will make their appearance. They can already be admired under saddle earlier in the evening in the Presentation of the Newly Approved Stallions of 2018. Now they will show themselves once again, this time in-hand.

And how wonderful is it that Totilas himself is also part of this fantastic show! He will come to the KWPN Stallion Show and together with his (grand) sons you will certainly enjoy these beautiful show ‘Black Magic’.
