The very first collection of the KWPN Online Broodmare & Embryo Auction was already extremely interesting. And it only gets better, as we also had the opportunity to include a very exclusive Chacco Blue straw in our collection!

The semen of the legendary Chacco Blue is hardly available anymore. At both online- and physical auctions top prices are paid for Chacco Blue embryos and foals. It doesn’t get more interesting, so take your change! The bidding starts Friday February 7th and the auction closes on Monday evening February 10th from 8.00PM.

Very interesting embryo’s
The collection also consists of 20 broodmares and five very interesting embryos. For example an embryo by Zonik out of the full sister of horse of the year GLOCK’s Johnson: Djo ter Kwincke. Renate-Utopia is the dam of none other than Vivaldi and is now combined in one of the embryos with champion of last year’s stallion selection Le Formidable. Valverde signs for paternity of an embryo out of a dam who represents three stallions in a row. Two strong damlines combined in the embryo by Comme il Faut out of the direct damline of Bubalu VDL. The fifth and last embryo comes from a mare who has already produced two 1.60m GP horses and here combined with GrandPrix horse supplier For Pleasure.

Proven broodmares
Just like the embryos, the broodmares are also genetically interesting. Small Tour mare Citrien Sollenburg is a daughter of ‘horse of the year 2019’ GLOCK’s Johnson TN and now in foal of the German champion Vitalis. Former Stallion Show champion Indian Rock (by Apache) who made a good impression at the KWPN Stallion Show, signs for paternity of an unborn foals from this auction collection. He is paired with Gendy (s. Bellisimo), one of the last mares from top breeder Huub van Helvoirt. This mare comes from the direct damline of KWPN stallions and Grand Prix horses Charmeur and Zuidenwind.

Grand Prix stallions
The jumping broodmares out of this collection are expecting foals from Grand Prix stallions Aganix du Seigneur, Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof, Tobago Z, Dominator Z and Hardrock Z. Kannan daughter Limoncella VM expects a foal from the promising Lay Out, who carries the valuable blood of top stallion Verdi. Verdi competed for 10 years at the highest level and seems to inherit unlimited scope. Cantos daughter Beaurante DD competed at 1.40m herself and is now in foal of Charisma. Amone carries the blood of three 1.60m stallions in het pedigree: Calvados x Libero H x G. Ramiro Z. She is now paired with the promising Poker de Mariposa that comes from one of the world’s best damlines.
