It’s time! As of today it is possible to bid on the very first collection of the KWPN Online Foal Auction 2020. Today it is all about sportresults, and this collection is not lacking of it.

Are you not registered as a bidder yet? This can be done easily, for free and quickly via www.kwpn.auction. We will also keep you informed of all KWPN auctions. The bidding will close at Monday July 6 from 8PM. During the photo and video day all foals were assessed by the KWPN inspector and a vet. Therefore the foals are selected by health and correctness, the basis of a promising future. Ralph van Venrooij, Head of KWPN Breeding Affairs: "We have expanded the auction videos this year with a walk on hard surface. This way we can provide potential buyers more information. This way everyone can say something about the correctness of the foal."

Interesting foals
There’s no selection on pedigree of the auction foals. Besides that, there are some very interesting foals who make part of the collection! Like the son of Easy Game, Pepijn. He’s got a dam who performed very well in the dressage sport. His grand dam is a half-sister to the international Grand Prix horse Carramba (s.Dorruto). The dam-line of Pepijn goes back to the international Grand Prix horse Dark Legend of Charlotte Fry.

International Grand Prix horse Toots
Palermo (s.Negro) his dam is a half-sister to the Grand Prix horse Explosion VR (s.Sir Oldenburg) and to the ZZ-Licht horse Zandro VCG (s.Clint Eastwood). His great granddam performed at Z2 level and brought several national dressage horses. Also Pedro Angulo Sambecano (s.Jheronimus) is bred interesting. He’s closely related to the former international Grand Prix horse Toots of Imke Schellekens-Bartels and the Japanese Akane Kuroki. Besides, his dam is a half-sister to the ZZ-Zwaar horse Superieur (s.Metall). The son of I’m Perfect STH, Plunkett Angulo Sambecano, is closely related to the Inter I horse Lord Nunes (s.Lord Loxly) of Diederik van Silfhout.

3 times 1.60m horses
Other than this,  the collection contains for example Pekke Balou (by Il est Balou) whose dam jumped 1.35m level herself in Finland. The pedigree of Priscilla GR is fulled with 1.60m stallions: Baltic VDL x Action Breaker x Corland. Her Elite dam is a finalist of the National Mare championship as a 3yo, a half-sister of the international showjumping horse Ciccioline G.R. (by Lucky Boy) and of the AES approved stallion Glorieus EB (by Lucky Boy).  There are also several other international showjumpers coming out of this damline as 1.50m horse Corberlina and 1.45m horse Holiday B.C.

Several 1.60m horses
Cornet Obolensky son Classis Orange Z is the sire of Passion-Star, a filly with an interesting pedigree. Granddam jumped at 1.35m level herself and is a half-sister of Grand Prix horse Narjolijn (by IDS). Closely related to Passion-Star are 1.60m Grand Prix horses Napoleon L (by Lux), Zagato (by Contendro I), Orlando LA (by Indoctro), Upstream (by Elmshorn) and Easyboy (by Zevenster).
