This year, even more KWPN Online Foal Auctions will be organized, and they will start earlier. To support our breeders, we are going to organize seven KWPN Online Foal Auctions this year. Registration is still possible!

A big advantage of selling your foal through a KWPN Online Foal Auction, is that the KWPN has many years of experience with online auctions. The auctions have a good reputation, both in The Netherlands and abroad. Last year, more than half of the foals were sold abroad!

International spotlight
Would you like to sell your foal through one of the KWPN Online Foal Auctions? Then you will benefit from the KWPN international spotlight in which you show your foal(s). The auction website https://www.kwpn.auction/en/home attracts worldwide visitors. Registering as a bidder is simple and it’s free.

Unchanged concept
The current concept for the Auctions will not be changed, service and convenience will still come first for the breeder. Of course, we do have to follow protocols regarding the RIVM measures in the context of the Coronavirus during the photo and video day.

Only go on the road once
In addition, you will only need to bring your foal over to one of the photo and video locations once. During the photo and video day, the foal is also assessed by a KWPN inspector on conformation and correctness in movement and clinically inspected by a veterinarian. The veterinary report is published on the auction website, and potential buyers can obtain more information on the foal from the inspector by phone.

The registration fee for online foal auctions is 150 euros (excluding VAT). This includes the photo and video day and the assessment of the KWPN inspector and veterinarian.
