Two stallions showed their capabilities in the Z/ZZ-L class during the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition Dressage 2021/2022. Hans Peter Minderhoud and GLOCK’s Taminiau (s.GLOCK’s Toto Jr.) are now in the lead with 92 points.

The black GLOCK’s Toto Jr.-offspring GLOCK’s Taminiau (out of Vitamin C elite pref prest PROK by Sandro Hit) is bred by J.W. Holtland of IJsselmuiden and registered at GLOCK HPC NL BV of Oosterbeek. Judge member Janine van Twist commented on the test upon completion: “GLOCK’s Taminiau is a lovely and very complete horse. The walk is spacious with great body-use towards the hand and lots of freedom in the shoulder. The trot also displays much tritt and go. This also pays off in the half-passes. In the extensions he could show slightly more strength from the hindquarters. We currently find the canter to be his best gait. He canters uphill with lots of power, including in the changes.” The stallion received a 9.5 for the canter, submission and general impression, resulting in a total of 92 points.

Jheronimus

Kirsten Brouwer presented the Dream Boy-son Jheronimus in the ZZ-Licht class. Jheronimus (out of A.Bertje ster pref prest PROK by Jazz) is bred and owned by W.P.S. van Weert of Beesd. “She started off with an impressive trot, which is the best gait of this horse. The trot has power, expression and great body-use. The latter also stands out in the walk. In the canter he displays good rhythm and ability to package his stride. He could be slightly more consistent in the exercises”, explains Janine van Twist. The stallion received a 9 for the canter, submission and general impression, bringing the total to 89 points.
