During the KWPN Stallion Selection the Gelder stallions were divided over two groups. No less than six stallions advanced to the presentation.

The jury in the arena was comprised of Marloes van der Velden as chairman, flanked by Jan Pen, Arie Hamoen and senior inspector Wim Versteeg. They were presented with a total of ten stallions. In the first group, three out of five stallions were appointed to the presentation. Among them Odeer, whose parents are both active in the Grand Prix dressage. The rider of those horses, Anouk Noordman of Zuidwolde, is also the breeder/registered party of Odeer. The second stallion to be invited to the presentation was Onedin, bred by Max Zwaneveld and Paula Herweijer of Assen. The elegant palomino is registered to Marcel van Bruggen in Varik, that also has sire Edmundo in his stables. The Henkie-son Olaf also advanced to the presentation. The alluring dark stallion is bred by G.J.W. Roerdinkholder of Winterswijk Kotten and is registered to Stal Aris van Manen in Nijkerk.

2nd group

In group 2, five more stallions made their appearance and it again resulted in three invites for the presentation. One of those invites was procured by the blond chestnut Ojee B, bred by and registered to Gerrit te Bokkel of Eerbeek. He successfully presented both sire Ibsen B and damsire Rubus B at the stallion show, another fine detail. Grandson Siebe te Bokkel recently started his own training stable, and he was the one that prepared and presented Ojee B. The black Orlando also advanced to the presentation. He is a son of Kardieno that moved to the stables of Helgstrand and has now been sold as talented dressage horse to the Czech Republic. The last stallion that was admitted to the presentation is Obrian, a black stallion with four white legs, by the jumper horse Vigaro out of a mare by WV Saron, that proved her abilities in both dressage and jumping. Obrian is bred and owned by H. ter Horst of Vragender.
