What a fantastic test Bart Veeze just showed in the Small Tour final with his KWPN-stallion Imposantos. It thus came to no one’s surprise that he secured the dayprize and thereby ensured the gold. The KWPN-approved Dettori earned himself bronze under Dominique Filion.

As per usual, the KWPN-approved Imposant lived up to his name. Bart Veeze presented the impressive stallion in a beautiful manner and the combination put on a flowing test with no major errors. Highlights were the lateral exercises and the stallion’s fantastic walk. Bart Veeze was visibly satisfied with his performance as he upon finishing rewarded his stallion with some pets. Imposantos was completely focused during the test and now curiously glanced towards the enthusiastic audience.

Dettori bronze

The silver was taken by Hans Peter Minderhoud and Syrakus (s.Sezuan) that climbed the rankings with their strong freestyle. This meant that Dominique Folion was bumped into bronze, still a significant accomplishment given she only forms a combination with KWPN-stallion Dettori (Desperado out of Diamond Eye s.De Niro, bred by S. Tietje) since this winter. In the freestyle they scored 76,283%, resulting in the fourth position in this class and combined with their solid score in the first manche, enough for a podium spot.

In Style fifth

Renate van Uytert-van Vliet has a hefty schedule at the Dutch National Championships in Ermelo. She campaigns several stallions in multiple classes and not without success. Each time, she qualifies for the final and In Style (Eye Catcher out of Sissy s.Lorentin I, bred by J.M. van Uytert) is no exception. Today, the pair moved to 75,508% and this resulted in a respectable top-five placement in the championship.

Currently, the Big Tour final is in progress. Like all other classes, it is broadcasted live via ClipMyHorse.tv.
