The seventh KWPN Online Foal Auction has just come to an end. Over 81% of the auction lots were sold and 15 of those foals remain in the Netherlands. A noteworthy fact is that all jumper foals have found a new owner. The appealing Mylord Carthago-son Special Carthago H was sold for 8.500 euros and stays on Dutch soil.

Bidding started on Friday and the 31 auction foals immediately drew worldwide attention. Today, especially during the last few hours of the auction, various buyers made their move.

Video day in Oud-Turnhout caters to Belgian breeders

Over the last few years, the KWPN Auctions platform has developed into an international showcase where breeders and buyers can find each other. For the very first time, the video day was organised in Belgium. The first Belgians already found their way to the auction and that bodes well for the future.

The most expensive dressage of the night was Sacre Bleu CT (s.McLaren). She exchanged hands for 6.500 euros and also stays in her home country.

Unsuccessful in acquiring a foal during this edition? Don’t worry, you have one more chance to place your bids! The last collection of foals is published October 10. Bids are open from the 14th until the 17th of October.
