SC De Meern: KWPN-approved Kentucky TMS Z again fastest in 1.30m/1.35m
The fantastic newly KWPN-approved stallion Kentucky TMS Z (Kannan out of Elite van Prinsenveld by Toulon, breeder Tal Milstein Stables of Asse BEL) won the second leg of the Blom Stallion Competition in the 1.30m/1.135m. Ridden by Maikel van der Vleuten, the stallion bested the time of his competitors by a landslide. The pair cleared the jump-off in 32,63 seconds.
During the Blom Stallion Competition of Peelbergen, Kentucky TMS Z and Maikel van der Vleuten were also victorious. The KWPN stallion Lambrusco (Entertainer out of Total Touch stb-ext pref prest by Lux, breeder L. Keunen-Hanssen of Linne) and Pieter Keunen placed second, completing the jump-off in 34,30 seconds. The BWP-approved Chapper (s.Chap II) finished in 34,56 seconds and claimed the third position with his rider Eric Jr. van der Vleuten. Wim Vinkx steered the BWP-approved Quirinus van ‘t Ravennest (s.Toulon) to the fourth prize in a time of 35,05 seconds.
Eight KWPN-approved stallions
Adding merely 0,14 seconds to that time, KWPN stallion La Costa ES (Mosito van the Hellehof out of Isolde ES elite sport-spr PROK by Cumano, bred by E. Schep of Tulle n ‘t Waal) slotted into fifth place with Gerd-Jan Horsmans. Eight KWPN-approved stallions made their appearance, each one completed the jump-off without incurring any penalties.
