Up until tomorrow night, the KWPN Online Stallion Auction offers the opportunity to make Christmas extra special this year. The collection of first round viewing stallions comprises 20 dressage and seven jumper stallions. Looking for a great start to 2023? Invest in one or multiple of these promising sport horses!
You can place your bids until Monday December 27, the auction closes from 20.00 hours onwards.
Full sport examination
All selected stallions were presented in the first round viewing and underwent a full veterinary sport examination, both clinical and (very recently) radiographical. In addition, they were all inspected by a KWPN inspector in the first phase of the stallion selection.
Promising collection
Showjumping sport and breeding enthusiasts can indulge in this collection. The Kardesh-son Pearl Jam, out of the established lineage of Kent Farrignton’s multiple Grand Prix winner Creedance, is expected to make his appearance in the second round viewing early Febrary. The 7 jumper horses are all related to successful GP horses and they are sired by both young stallions and top progenitors.
Young blood is also amply present in the large collection of dressage stallion. The sire of Pappilon, King Karim, showed his qualities in the performance test and after winning the stallion competition in the L-class, this seven-year-old stallion is in training for his spprt career. Another product of a first crop is Paragon. The talented stallion Ladignac was recently approved at the AES studbook where he secured the championship title. Out of the second crop of the seven-year-old rising star Glock’s Taminiau, previously successful in the stallion competitions with Hans Peter Minderhoud, we encounter Paris, this youngster is also backed up by a strong maternal lineage. Livius’ first crop produced Patser, who originates from the established dam line of late Huub van Helvoirt. Champion stallion Le Formidable is presenting his first offspring at the stallion show this year. This well-bred Bordeaux-son is regarded a great promise in sport and breeding and in Poseidon he was paired to a dressage branch of the established Sina-line. Both his own accomplishments in the Small Tour and his first offspring have demonstrated Just Wimphof is a stallion of high calibre. This valuable De Niro-son already had three sons approved at the KWPN and presents another talent for the future with this Power of Dreams. As a three-year-old, the talented stallion Ladignac passed his KWPN performance test with 83.5 points and his first crop has yielded the gifted Prince de Lignac.
