A convincing group of four- and five-year-old jumper stallions were presented by their own riders this afternoon. The presentation of the new crop approved stallions evidences that there is abundant quality among the younger generations.

One five-year-old and seventeen four-year-old jumper stallions were presented to the audience. The majority proved to have gone through a positive development ever since their performance test. Stallion Selection Committee members Eric van der Vleuten and Wout-Jan van der Schans provided comments and explanations during the performance of the young jumper talents. “As a stallion selection committee, we are proud to see such a group of young stallions at work. We have seen many good horses in this presentation and that makes us hopeful for the future. I certainly expect that some of these stallions will reach the higher levels and we look forward to seeing their progress”, Eric van der Vleuten comments. The athletic Outlaw (Manchester van ‘t Paradijs out of Zwinulana sport-spr by Phin Phin, breeder J.H. Lambers) and Francesca Maggiore, the sharp Ovinio (Ipsthar out of Kovinia by Vigo d’Arsouilles, bred/owned by Geert Moerings) with Bas Moerings, the scopey Outsider DK (Jukebox out of Umosa elite pref prest PROK by Cavalier, bred/owned by Arjan Roosjen) ridden by Sonja Vlaar and the powerful O’Connor TN (Ogano Sitte out of Gilana by Acord II, breeder Eder) and Max de Mol left a positive impression.
