Last night the second half of the second edition of the KWPN Online Auctions 2017 closed. Two foals made a price above 5000 euro, a daughter of Ferguson and a son of Hitmaker that entered the auction through the offspring-inspection. The first Harness horse foal ever in the Online Auction goes to Belgium.

After the successful first half of the auction where the jumper foals were sold, it was now time for the dressage foals. 29 foals came under the hammer, two of them made a price higher than 5000 euro. The first is the Ferguson-daughter Mahdi Novorette who was bred by J.M. Koopman from Oost West en Middelbeers out of the ster IBOP mare H. Novorette by Krack C. The highest offer for her was 5500 euro’s and she stays in Holland. The same price was offered for the Hitmaker-son Marvin H. He was presented at the offspring inspection after which he was added to this collection. Marvin H was bred by E. Henniphof from ’s-Heerenbroek, who crossed Hitmaker with the ster IBOP sport-dr mare Avanta by Negro, who competed at ZZ-Zwaar level herself.

The first Harness Horse Foal ever sold in the KWPN Online Foal Auction was the tabiano Delviro HBC-son Mistery. He will move to Belgium soon. The revenue of the auction lot with the Covering of  Glock’s Toto jr, 1600 euro’s, goes to the DVB Foundation, which will support disabled riders in the Netherlands. A total of 29 foals were auctioned. The average price of the foals that were sold was 3448 euro’s.

Saturday a new collection of foals will go online on the website of Equinia.com. the auction opens a week later. The collection excists of an interesting group of just over 40 foals in both the dressage as the jumper direction. Have a look and take your chance!
