The KWPN-spproved stallion Zuidenwind was succesful at the CDI4* Stockholm this weekend. The OO Seven-son won both the Grand Prix as the kür to music ridden by Rose Mathisen

Zuidenwind (KWPN stallion, OO Seven out of Serendy elite pref prest s.Jazz, breeder H. van Helvoirt from Rosmalen) went in the Grand Prix to 72.717%, which got the stallion 1.5% ahead of the competition. Also in the freestyle the Swedish pair did not give up the victory, their score was no less than 78.425%. This was the first international Grand Prix victory for Zuidenwind and Rose Mathisen. They had already booked several top three rankings and had previously won both the Special and the freestyle, but they had never won the Grand Prix before. Their kür score in Stockholm is also a personal record, thereby improving their PR of 77,400% ridden in October 2016.

Very happy

"The arena was really beautiful," says Rose Mathisen about the show in Stockholm. “I am very happy with our test and with the fact that Zuidenwind was so relaxed. It was really fun to ride and I love this horse! I had some wonderfuldays in Stockholm and I am very happy with our victories.”
