VDL Stud and KWPN Online Foal Auction join forces in 4th collection!
When the number one studbook of the WBFSH Jumping Ranking get together with the prestigious VDL Stud it’s without doubt that an interesting collection is raised.
The photo and video day took place at the VDL Stud and most of the foals are sired by 'VDL Stallions'. All foals are assessed by a KWPN inspector and inspected by a vet. You will miss the opportunity to start a promising sport or breeding career with if you don't check out this collection!
Six 1.60m showjumpers
The 1.60m stallion Dallas VDL sires the filly Pallasse Ryal K. She’s a half-sister to the 1.55m showjumper Emihr (s.Dubai) and to the 1.45m showjumper For Future (s.For Fashion). Her dam is the Cardento mare Bellonie and she’s a half-sister to several 1.40m showjumpers. This dam-line produced at least six (!) 1.60m showjumpers like Ravel Z (s.Rex Z) of Alberto Aldana, Cat’s Charly (s.Furore) of Kevin Olsmeyer, Varios (s.Corland) and Orlando (s.Silvo II). The KWPN approved stallion Just One (s.Toulon) is also closely related to Pallasse Ryal K and makes her a very promising filly. From the upcoming stallion For Treasure (s.For Pleasure), Pedro H is part of this collection. His dam is a half-sister to the above mentioned 1.60m showjumper Varios, and his granddam to Cat’s Carly and Ravel Z.
Good galloping colt
Looking for an interesting colt? Take a look at the son of Zapatero VDL, Penja. The dam of this very good galloping colt is a half-sister to the 1.40m showjumper Oki Doki 7 (s.Jodokus) of the German Rafael Eden. The great granddam of Penja brought seven (!) 1.50m - 1.30m showjumpers. The KWPN approved stallion Dantos HBC (s.Cantos) is out of the same dam-line, he performs at 1.45m level at the moment.
The foals making part of this collection carries some Olympic genes as well. Like Pierrot T, he’s a son of the Olympic stallion Hardrock Z. His dam brought already a 1.30m and 1.35m showjumper. And she’s a half-sister to the 1.45m showjumper Buckhorst (s.Cardento). The 1.60m KWPN approved stallion Baltic VDL and the 1.60m showjumper Dior of Ben Maher are also closely related to Pierrot T.
Power-Cake De Gateau his dam is sired by the Olympic stallion Zirocco Blue VDL and his granddam is by the Olympic Champion Jus de Pomme. Brantzau VDL sires Power-Cake De Gateau. Several international showjumpers are out of the same dam-line.
Dam-line foundation stallion Ahorn
Do you know Baccardi VDL? This phenomenal showjumping machine took part at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon with Jannika Sprunger and has one approved stallion, Glenfiddich VDL. Glenfiddich VDL sires Pittsburg VDO, his dam is Leuke Dame VDL by Harley VDL and a half-sister to a 1.40m showjumper. He’s out of the dam-line of the 1.60m foundation stallion Ahorn, the 1.55m showjumper Bordeaux VDL (s.Baloubet du Rouet) and the 1.45m stallion Taloubet VDL (s.Baloubet du Rouet). It doesn’t get any better.
Former champion Jardonnay VDL
Two years ago, he became champion of the KWPN Stallion Show. Now-a-days Jardonnay VDL jumps his heart out with Jur Vrieling in 6-years-old classes. Two of his offspring making part of this collection. The filly Peggy Sue-D is closely related to the Belgium approved stallion Nagano who jumper at 1.60m level. Her dam is a half-sister to several international showjumpers like the 1.45m showjumper Colette HBC (s.Vincenzo). Peeka-Boo is a filly sired by Jardonnay VDL as well. Her dam is the half-sister to a 1.30m showjumper. Her granddam is a half-sister to several international showjumpers like the 1.45m showjumper Unique Times (s.Londontimes). The 1.60m showjumper Underwraps (s.Iroko) is also closely related to Peeka-Boo.
Son of Jazz
What do you think of this son of the King of Dressage Jazz? He's a half-brother to a Small Tour horse and his dam, sired by Gribaldi, performed at Medium Advanced level. This dam-line produced many dressage horses like the Grand Prix horse Leopold (s.Bismarck).
Bred out Grand Prix dam-line
The son of Imposantos, Pianist RWP, has a dam who performed at Medium Advanced level and she's a half-sister to the Grand Prix horse Niniek STV (s.Jazz). Also the international Grand Prix horse Hemers 89 (s.Vaillant) is out of this dam-line as well as the KWPN approved stallions Iconic B (s.Bon Bravour) and Inverniss (s.Everdale).
