Denis Lynch will judge the Blom Cup four-year-olds
At the semi-finals and finals of the Blom Cup, the four-year-old showjumpers are judged on the quality of jumping and rideability in between the fences. These figures are added up, with the marks for jumping counting double.
The best 25 four-year-olds from the semi-finals advance to the final, where they are again judged. In the final, the horses start with a clean slate, so anything could happen!
This years’ semi-finals will be judged by Pieter Clemens and KWPN inspector Marcel Beukers. Pieter Clemens comes from Genk in Belgium and jumps at 1.60m level. The rider works for Jos Lansink. During the final, the four-year-olds will be judged by renowned international rider Denis Lynch and KWPN inspector Henk Dirksen. Irish Denis Lynch has combined a sports stable with a stallion farm in Weert in the Netherlands. The rider belongs to the world top and rides at 1.60m level with several KWPN stallions.

We find it extremely important to offer our breeders and young showjumpers an (international) podium. Over the past year, our livestream events have achieved an enormous reach, and we have received a lot of positive feedback on this. That is why the Blom Cup will be broadcasted live on KWPN.tv and ClipMyHorse.
The organisation of the Blom Cup takes all applicable corona-guidelines of the RIVM into account.
