Olympic medalists influence collection Exclusive KWPN Jumping Foal Auction
What a showdown in the individual Olympic show jumping final yesterday! Each and every one quality horses and phenomenal riders who wanted to seize Olympic medals. But as always, there can only be one winner: Explosion W and Ben Maher.
He lives up to his name on all fronts and fulfilled his role brilliantly as the top favorite for the individual medals. Best of all, you can have the next Explosion W in your stable! In the very first edition of the Exclusive KWPN Jumping Foal Auction, his nephew Reaction W van 't Studutch is part of the collection. Besides the fact that the dam of Reaction is a half-sister to Explosion W, she is combined with the dominant Chacco-Blue. He is also the sire of Explosion W and many other top horses. No fewer than four of his offspring are taking part in the Olympics.
Next Beauville Z
And how about Maikel van der Vleuten's amazing performance with his Beauville Z? In this collection you can also find an offspring of Bustique. This stallion is making considerable progress as a breeding sire and immediately delivered a bronze Olympic medalist out of his first crop. In addition to the blood of Bustique, Ronan d'n Hop carries the blood of Guidam, Burggraaf and Voltaire and is a half-brother of the 1.60m horse Demilion W (s.Emilion). Ronan d’n Hop is coming out of the famous Zottie/Lottie damline.
Half-sister of 1.60m horse
Roxette's dam also produced a 1.60m horse: Cocq a Doodle (by Tolan R) ridden by the American Molly Ashe and Andrew Ramsey. And it doesn't stop there; in total she produced no less than seven offspring from 1.30m up to 1.60m level. This dam line is combined with the young Comme Il Faut son Mattias. Comme Il Faut at his turn carries the Olympic genes from his sire Cornet Obolensky and his dam Ratina Z.
Emerald van 't Ruytershof daughter Rouelette ES is also of good descent. In addition to her Olympic sire, her dam is the 1.50m horse A.Vaantje R (s.Carinjo), who was successful under the saddle of Wout-Jan van der Schans. And she has already proven to be valuable in breeding too. She produced the 1.60m horse Ideal (by Andiamo) and the 1.40m horse Idiaal Special H.J. (by Falaise de Muze). The Grand Prix horses Robin Hood R (s.Calvados) and Ulrike R (s.Ikoon) are also coming from this dam line.
