A good result is no longer a possibility for the Dutch team in Tokyo. After the 13 penalties for Greve, Marc Houtzager and Sterrehof’s Dante N.O.P. (s.Canturano) noted 5 penalties.
The sting is in the tail today, affirmed Marc Houtzager and Sterrehof’s Dante N.O.P. sport-spr (Canturano out of Zidante ster IBOP-spr sport-dres D-OC by Phin Phin, bred by J.W.J. Soeters of Stokkum). As was demonstrated before, the last line is decisive and in the last double combination a costly rail went down. For the first time at the Olympic Games the teams consist of only three combinations, resulting in no drop-score. Out of the 19 countries, ten may advance to the second round tomorrow. The Dutch team awaits a big challenge.
