Invest in the future via the KWPN Online Foal Auction
The third collection of the KWPN Online Foal Auction is online and includes 28 promising bred foals. Descendants of proven jumping stallions such as Diarado, Untouchable, Aganix du Seigneur and Grandorado TN are part of this collection, as are well-moving dressage foals descending from GLOCK's Dream Boy, All At Once, Lowlands and Fürst Toto. Biddings are open from the 20th until the 23th of August.
During the photo and video days, all foals were assessed by the KWPN inspector and a veterinarian. This means that all the foals are selected on health and correctness, which makes sure they have a promising future. Online bidding is possible from Friday the 20th of August and the bidding will close on Monday the 23th of August from 8PM CET.
In this online foal auction, 15 jumping and 11 dressage foals are offered. A lot of jumping foals are closely related to international show jumpers, Rooney (s.Aganix du Seigneur) was bred out of a half-sister of the 1.60m horse Dolores (s.Berlin) of Richard Howley, and is the dam of Rovilon (s.For Treasure) a half sister of the 1.60m horse Sietse (s.Monaco). There are also foals related to approved stallions, such as the Donthargos son Ramanzo JJ out of a half-sister of the KWPN-approved stallion Sterrehof's Great Blue (s.Plot Blue), and the Van Gogh son Ravèl out of a half-sister of the KWPN- approved stallion Silverstar (by Corland). And what about the filly Rookie TR (s.Ibolensky), whose grandmother Whoopie not only produced the KWPN-approved stallion Envoy (s.Numero Uno) but is also a half sister of the 1.60m horses Jalandria (s. Emilion) and Phentagera B (by Quidam de Revel). The strong Sinaa, Kattebel and Molga stocks are represented in the collection of jumping foals.
On the father's side, the jumping foals also often descend from interesting stallions. Grand Slam VDL, for example, as sire of Rebel (ds.Zirocco Blue VDL) made a successful 1.60m debut this year with Marlon Zanotelli, Ristoteles O descends from the 1.60m stallion Aristoteles V (s.Padinus), who himself competed at five-star level for many years. performed with Jonathan McCrea and Rossini's genetically high-quality sire Pegase van 't Ruytershof is making good progress in sport and breeding. Riverdale RS is a daughter of the very striking KWPN performance topper Lambada Shake AG. Proven international sport and breeding stallions such as Carrera VDL, Diarado, Untouchable and Aganix du Seigneur are also present with foals in this collection.
Of the 11 dressage foals, eight were bred from a predicate mare, five even from an elite mare. Also within this group there are good sport genes, Rocky (s.Charmeur) is a full brother of the international Young Riders horse Gustaaf, who took part in the European Championships in Oliva last summer, Ragazzo S (s.Mac Madison) is bred out of a full sister of the Inter II dressage horse Something Else C (s.Krack C). The filly Rosalisa (s.Viva Gold) comes from the same dam as the ZZ-Zwaar dressage horse Gentelisa and the Briolieta, Lanory and Reina lineages are represented in this collection. The foals descend from promising movement progenitors such as So Perfect, Fürst Toto and the performance topper Lowlands, who was sold to Iron Spring Farm.
