Wildcard Nou En

Stunning talents Nou En & Tesla Z
One of the absolute highlights of the collection is the recently added wildcard Nou En (Ibolensky out of Elijanta stb PROK by Numero Uno, breeder F.J.G. van Boxtel from Volkel) – this 3.5-year-old gelding is the only horse presented under saddle and shows off incredible talent. “When you see Nou En, you would say he is a 5 or even a 6 year old; he has a fantastic balance, rideability and mindset. His jumping talent speaks for itself”, says Peter van der Waaij on behalf of The Youngsters Auction.

Another super talent is Tesla Z – a daughter of Thunder van de Zuuthoeve out of the full sister of Janika Sprungers’ CSI5* Grand Prix showjumper Aris CMS. “This mare has got all ingredients; she is light, balanced, is a true athlete and was bred out of a damline that produces talent after talent.”

Tesla Z

¾ sister of Chaplin & more brilliant genes
Martin Fuchs and Chaplin recently added the World Cup of Lyon to their impressive record and The Youngsters Auction offers his ¾ sister: Nacaltha WS – a  daughter of Verdi out of Chaplin’s half-sister. “Nacaltha WS is a typical daughter of Verdi; not the most flashy jumper, but very effective. We are thrilled to see her develop under saddle”, says Jasper van der Waaij – one of the organizers of The Youngsters Auction. Other notable auction horses are Nevera Z – a daughter of Chacoon Blue and half-sister to multiple international showjumpers, Andiamo’s Asca Z – bred out of the sister of CSI5* GP winners Sea Coast Pebbles Z and Aristo Z, Neusje WS – not the prettiest but a serious future talent, Santa Fee – a lovely daughter of Matisse de Mariposa out of the damline of Harrie Smolders’ Dolinn, Jiminez Z – a striking talent with all the scope.

References put The Youngsters Auction on the map
After three successful editions in 2018, 2019 en 2020, the references of The Youngsters Auction speak for themselves and continue to make great advertisement for the auction. 2018 top seller Je T’Aime Z shows off great potential at 1.50m level ridden by Italy’s Giampiero Garofalo. “Je T’Aime Z is a future Grand Prix Horse and is exactly how the auction described”, states owner Karel Cox. Three references competed in this year’s FEI World Championships for Young Horses and Lamira made it into the final ridden by Maartje Verberckmoes. The 7-year-old Calvin Z has successfully made his debut at 1.45m Longines Ranking class level ridden by Linda Heed.

Cian O’Connor & Christophe Zimmermann about The Youngsters Auction references
The 5-year-old Leicester became Norwegian champion with Ada Braaten and is now in the stables of Cian O’Connor. “Leicester is one of the most exciting young horses I have seen for many years! He literally ticks off all the boxes”, says Olympic medalist Cian O’Connor. In the 2020 edition, Christophe Zimmermann and Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann successfully purchased the most popular horses in the auction: Jikke-Cara in partnership with Kent Farrington, and Magnolia WS. “I would buy these horses everyday again, no doubt! Jikke-Cara is a very modern sporthorse; really the horse you are looking for these days. Magnolia is a mare we really believe in. She jumps really good from behind, always with her body upwards and shows a lot of power from the floor”, Christophe Zimmermann tells about his purchases.
