The KWPN-approved stallion My Blue Hors Santiano was ranked third after the first round of the Pavo Cup for five-year-olds. The Sezuan-son impressed guest rider Eva Möller with his pleasant rideability, which resulted in a 9.5 and the title. 

Renate van Uytert-van Vliet presented My Blue Horse Santiano (Sezuan out of Romanik by Romanov, bred by Straight Horse APS of Alleroed) in the first round of the final. Eva Möller already took a liking to him there and under the saddle the stallion surprised her in a positive way. “The feeling great, very soft. He is a true stallion with a very good mind.”

Best gelding

GLOCK’s Toto Jr.-offspring Montrachet (out of Bormiek elite pref IBOP-dres D-OC by Tuschinski, bred by Adri van Erp of Heesch) and Saskia van Es entered the second round in the lead. Eva awarded the gelding a 9. “A willing horse that gives the rider a good feeling. At the moment there is a difference between the canter on the left and the right. That happens at this age, but I have to take it into account when Im giving my mark.” Adri van Erp received a breeder premium from Friends of the KWPN for breeding the best gelding in this final. 

Potential

Mac Toto USB (GLOCK’s Toto Jr. out of Turjazzila keur pref sport-dres by Jazz, bred by G. van de Laar of Vorstenbosch) presented by Danielle van Heijkoop claimed the third step on the podium today. He received 80 points from Eva. “This horse has power and so much potential. He is in his growing phase and as a result has some trouble with the contact.”
