The last regular day of the first round viewing has raised the total to 91 jumper stallions that are selected for the second round viewing.

Multiple young stallions presented their first crops today plus a few sons of proven progenitors could be added to the collection for Den Bosch. It brought today’s score to 25 selected jumper stallions, including two offspring of Hardrock Z, bringing his total to six. Three sons of the first crop of La Costa ES advanced today, bringing his total to four sons and Kannan Jr (2), Je Suis Equus Tame (2) and Kallmar VDL (2) all saw two son go through to the next round. “We may conclude that the young sires have left a good impression today. We have selected sizeable and good jumping sons of La Costa ES and the selected sons of Kannan Jr. distinguished themselves in jumping. The same applied for, among others, Kallmar VDL and we appointed two well-developed, well-jumping sons of Je Suis Equus Tame. We furthermore have seen great offspring of the proven sires such as Catoki and Kannan”, chairman of the committeeCor Loeffen explains.  “Over the past four days we have invited 91 stallions to Den Bosch and we expect they make an excellent base to continue our selection with.” The after-inspection on December 15 could add a few more stallions to the tally.
