The second round viewing for dressage stallions has yielded an interesting group of 20 appointed stallions. Four of them may return to tomorrow’s presentation of premium stallions. 

The stallion selection committee consists of chairman Bert Rutte, Johan Hamminga and Wouter Plaizier evaluated 43 dressage stallions today and nearly half was awarded the green light for the performance test. four stallions out of the first crop of Le Formidable were selected as were three offspring of world champion Glamourdale. Multiple stallions were received by a round of applause from the audience, creating a vibrant atmosphere in Den Bosch. 

Premium stallions

Four stallions may come back for the presentation for premium stallions dressage Powered by Catering Culinair tomorrow. Tomorrow this elite group may be expanded during the last groups in the second round viewing. 

- Pablo Picasso (Taminiau out of Izzy ster D-OC by Florencio, breeders Ben Mensinck and Marjolein Ras uit Vierakker) of Trainingsstal Witte-Scholtens, Edward Gal and Hans-Peter Minderhoud
- Power Dancing (Glamourdale out of Dancing Girl ster by Johnson) of breeder Freek Hoogenboom and co-registered to Van Olst Horses
- L’Avenir (Le Formidable out of Weihe’s Hope by Sir Donnerhall I, breeder Arns-Krogmann of Lohne Kroge) of Saskia Poel and Karel Gerrits of Heusden
- Prisco RS2 (Tørvenslettens Sylvester out of Iveniz Texel RS2 ster PROK by Negro) of breeder RS2 Dressage Center de Horst of Groesbeek

The second round viewing for dressage stallions continues at 08.30hrs tomorrow.
