Four-Year-Old Dressage Stallion IPS Bon Bravour Registered in the Studbook
This morning marked the conclusion of the 50-day performance test for the one remaining older stallion at the testing center in Stegeren, a four-year-old Painted Black son out of Odette keur pref (s.Chronos). The stallion, IPS Bon Bravour (previously known as IPS Bravour), was registered in the studbook with very good scores as follows:
Walk: 8
Trot: 8
Canter: 8
Suppleness: 7.5
Carriage and Balance: 8
Rideability and Trainability: 8
Talent for Dressage: 8
IPS Bon Bravour’s sire Painted Black is a renowned international dressage competitor. Ridden by Anky van Grunsven, Painted Black is following in the footsteps of his recently deceased preferent sire Gribaldi, who boasts numerous outstanding offspring in dressage. IPS Bon Bravour’s dam Odette excelled in the National Mare Inspection, where she earned good test scores in dressage.
