A select number of almost three-year-old stallions go under the digital hammer on Thursday  December 20th. The collection is now complete and the bidding starts tomorrow, Monday  December 17th.

These jumping and dressage stallions were all presented in the first round viewing of the KWPN Stallion Selection. In addition to being linearly scored by a KWPN inspector, whose information can be requested via the relevant inspector, all these stallions have undergone a full vetting for sport. That means that they have been examined both clinically and radiographically. This information can all be obtained via Rianka Hazeleger via salespromotion@kwpn.nl.

Dressage Stallions
The collection contains stallions from both young and proven sires. Among the dressage stallions we see a descendant of world champion Glamourdale, but also of stallions like George Clooney, Florenz, Ferguson and Charmeur. The granddam of the Charmeur-son is the Grand Prix horse Riondine L who was ridden by Kirsten Beckers. The KWPN-approved stallion Cachet L is also from this damline that also gave a ZZ-Zwaar-horse, PSG-horse and a Inter II-horse.

Proven jumper-lines
Most of the jumper stallions in the auction come from a dam-line with lots of sport. The Fibonacci son grand dam, for example, is the dam of World Champion Zenith (by Rash R). Several 1.40m horses and a 1.50m horse also descent from this line. The grand dam of the son of Vannan is the mother of sports and breeding legend Nabab de Rêve. The Quasimodo of the Molendreef-son is a half-brother of the international 1.60m-horse Abra Kadabra (s.Vancouver), that did well ridden by Albert Zoer. His granddam also produced a Grand Prix horse and a horse at 1.50m. His great-granddam is in the foundation of Jikke, that jumped under Eric van der Vleuten at the highest level for years. The 1.60m horse Bonne Chance C.W. (Baloubet du Rouet) from Jannika Sprunger and the KWPN approved stallions Genius and Vleut both also come from this dam line. The latter was produced at the highest level by Edwina Alexendra Tops. The great-granddam from the Hotspot-son jumped internationally. Robert Smith's KWPN-approved Grand Prix stallion Balourado (by Baloubet du Rouet) is also from this line.
