At the KWPN Stallion Show the finals of the Blom Stallion Competition Jumping and the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition Dressage take place. The finals of the jumping will be on Thursday evening and the Friday evening will be dominated by the dressage finals. The starting orders are now online. The finals are a unique opportunity to see young KWPN stallions compete against their peers.

When jumping in the L class, four stallions are still at 0 penalty points after three competition rounds. Je Suis Equus Tame (Qlassic Bois Margot out of Tame Tame by Quaprice Z, breeder: SNC Brohier from St Come Du Mont), Jay Star (Big Star out of Earl Gray elite pref IBOP-spr sport-spr PROK from Cardento, breeder AC van der Peijl from Oene), Jubel ES (Harley VDL out of Maxime O keur prest by Lauriston, breeder E. Schep from Tull and 't Waal) and Justice HL ( Harley VDL out of Noblesse Oblige elite pref prest PROK by Epilot, breeder: CH Dolstra from Noordwolde). In the M class, Iphstar (Denzel van 't Meulenhof out of Vestha stb perst by Farmer, breeder: J. Moerings from Oud Gastel) is taking the lead with Bas Moerings. In the Z / ZZ class, Steven Veldhuis rode the stallion Haynes GH (Carambole from Stakkonita Z of Stakkato, breeder: J.W. Greve of Haaksbergen) to a leading position in the intermediate classification.

In recent years, the final evening of the stallion competition dressage was a long session due to the large number of stallions that participated in the finals. At the KWPN Stallion Show next week we will still see a lot of young, promising stallions, but in a slightly different way. Most of the stallions that qualified for the finals of the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition Dressage, we will see  in a clinic. Several stallions come into the arena at the same time, and show their qualities under saddle. The stallions are commented on, giving the spectators a good impression of these stallions. The very best finalists will do a final test and they will have a chance to actually win the stallion competition.

Ridden by Marieke van der Putten, Jameson RS2 (Blue Hors Zack from Atilinda M keur pref IBOP-dres sport dres by Negro, breeder Stal 104 BV from Wijdewormer) is currently on course for a first place in the class L of the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition Dressage. In the M class, the intermediate standings are closer together. Only five points devide the top three. In the lead is Imposantos (Wynton out of Zarina elite IBOP-dres PROK van Krack C, breeder: W. Wijnen of Berlicum), ridden by Bart Veeze. Hermès (Easy Game out of Bukkie keur pref EPTM dres from Flemmingh, breeder G. Gijsbers from Loosbroek) and Dinja van Liere are in the class Z / ZZ-L at the top of the intermediate standings.
