After the Gelders' stallions, the jumping stallions started their performance test this morning in Ermelo. Seventeen stallions took the exam and all passed. With 88 points, the Comme il Faut son, Mans, scored the highest, followed by Mees vd Watermolen (s.Vannan) with 87 points, and Mister Hornet DDH (s.Cornet Obolensky) with 86 points.

For the first time, the performance test for the three-year-olds had a duration of 21 days, which was 50 days. The stallion inspection committee, including chairman Cor Loeffen, Henk van den Broek, and Wout-Jan van der Schans, were accompanied by Henk Dirksen. Cor Loeffen says: ‘’We have registered a group of stallions with a high average considering their grades. In the damlines, we see a lot of sport, with both own performance of the dams as in the pedigree. We think they can have a good contribution to the jumping breeding.’’

The final presentation was to be followed live via KWPN.tv, which, due to the corona restrictions, had no public presence besides the breeders and registered. Since the KWPN wanted to allow the breeders to witness this unique moment of the registered stallions, the final presentation was divided into two blocks. In this way, the maximum amount of persons at the location was as low as possible. Yesterday, test no. 6 (Cornet Obolensky x Indoctro) was sent home, and was asked to return for the spring performance test of 2021.
