The stallion show is done! It were very nice days in which we were able to see many talented stallions. On behalf of the Friends of the KWPN, beautiful breeders' premiums were given out again at this stallion selection.

In addition, all breeders of KWPN registered premium stallions will receive a breeder's premium of €1,000. Due to Covid-19, the premiums will be delivered to the breeders' homes.

At the Online Stallion Show, we were also able to watch the presentation of the premiums awarded to the breeders of horses in the top three of the WBFSH ranking for 2020. These videos can be viewed here.

On Saturday, February 6, Bert van Kooten and Gerard Korbeld were joined by Friends of the KWPN in the studio during the KWPN Stallion Show. In this interview, Bert van Kooten explains, among other things, what the club can do to support young breeders. ‘Without breeders we have no studbook, no trade and no horses'. This conversation can be seen via kwpn.tv.
