Four sons of For Ferrero advance to second round
On the third day of the first-round viewing dressage, 18 stallions got the green light, including four sons of For Ferrero and three of All At Once and For Romance.
This morning the day was off to a strong start with two top-quality groups, out of which three All At Once-sons got selected. “These were three great stallions, two of them descends from solid damlines”, explains chairman Bert Rutten. The seven-year-old For Ferrero left his mark by siring four selected stallions out of his first crop after approval (he already got three appointed sons out the mares he covered in the season prior to his approval). “These are stallions with correct models and good movements that showed to extend and collect effortlessly.” By the established top progenitor For Romance, three sons advance to the second round, all moved with suspension through the arena although they could move slightly more uphill. A few of them are also highly interesting from a genetic point of view. Thanks to their performance damlines and/or in terms of adding variation to the bloodlines.”
