About the KWPN Online Foal Auction

KWPN brings breeder and user together by facilitating Online Foal Auctions. These auctions offer a platform for buyer and seller, where both the professional and amateur can find their ideal foal. Foals are all assessed by a KWPN inspector and clinically checked by a vet.

Looking for talent?

Looking for a talent? Think about the KWPN Online Foal Auction 2026. The KWPN studbook will organize several online foal auctions from July till September 2026, where you can find your next jumping, dressage, harness of Gelder superstar. In the KWPN Database you’ll find more information about the foals pedigree.

A week before the online auction closes the collection will be announced at the auctionsite. You can find photos and videos of every single foal over there. Once you have registered yourself at our auction site, you can place your bid(s).

Auction 2: Bidding starts August 7 - auction closes August 10
Auction 3: Bidding starts August 14 - auction closes August 17
Auction 4: Bidding starts September 4 - auction closes September 7 - Erp
Auction 5: Bidding starts September 11 - auction closes September 14 - Erp
Auction 6: Bidding starts September 18 - auction closes September 21
Auction 7: Bidding starts September 25 - auction closes September 28

Register your foal for the auction

During the photo and video days we provide experienced handlers, a film crew and photographer. Your foal will also be inspected by a veterinarian and assessed by a KWPN inspector.

25 July 2023 | 15:54 Foals out of fifth level mares in KWPN Online Foal Auction Just like in the first collection of the KWPN Online Foal Auction, dressage foals are dominant in the second edition as well. Out of a total of 23 foals, 18 are bred for dressage, and bidding will be open from July the 28th to July the 31st. Offspring of successful sport stallions such as In Style, Kyton, Fürst Dior and McLaren will come under the virtual hammer at the end of this month.

17 July 2023 | 15:18 KWPN Online Foal Auction opens the season with a good collection From today, the collection of the first KWPN Online Foal Auction can be viewed on the website. A total of 19 dressage and 7 jumping foals are part of this collection, and bidding will be open from July the 21st to 24th.

17 October 2022 | 12:30 Last call! The final KWPN Online Foal Auction closes tonight Tonight is your last chance to acquire one of the pearls of the final KWPN Online Foal Auction of 2022! The foals of the eighth collection will fall under the virtual gavel from 20.00 hours onwards. Various interested buyers have already placed a bid on one or multiple foals out of this collection.

14 October 2022 | 10:35 Ready, set, go! The final KWPN Online Foal Auction of 2022 has opened! It’s Friday and the clock has struck 10 and that means the eighth and final KWPN Online Foal Auction of 2022 has opened! Until 20.00hrs this Monday night you have the opportunity to place your bid and secure yourself one or multiple foals out of this collection.
