The climax of the mare inspection season is scheduled for August 1st. Grandorado TN and Chacoon Blue have each had three daughters selected for the National Mare Inspection.

Six stallions have had multiple daughters selected for the National Mare Inspection. The 37 mares invited to the National Mare Inspection made a strong impression during the studbook inspections with their free jumping abilities and also possess athletic and correct conformation. In the competition at the National Mare Inspection, the most convincing jumper mares will be invited to the final held in the main arena.

Three Central Inspection Champions by Chacoon Blue
With three daughters each, the keur stallion Grandorado TN and the Chacco Blue son Chacoon Blue are well represented at the National Mare Inspection. Notably, Chacoon Blue sired the champions of the combined Central Inspections (CKs) of Utrecht/South Holland, Overijssel/Flevoland/Gelderland, and Limburg/Brabant/Zeeland. Landino VDL will also be represented by two daughters at the National Mare Inspection, including the Groningen Central Inspection champion Sarissa. In addition, the young stallions Mattias, Mees vd Watermolen, and Newmarket VM each had two daughters selected. Mattias’s daughter Sumosa was crowned champion in Drenthe.

Visit the KWPN Championships
The KWPN Championships will take place from Wednesday, July 30 to Saturday, August 2 at the National Equestrian Centre in Ermelo. During these days, sport and breeding come together in a varied program, including the Van Santvoort Makelaars Cup, the Pavo Cup, and Breeding Day featuring the National Mare and Foal Inspection. The National Harness Horse Day will be held on Saturday, August 9 in Lunteren.
