On June 10, the final selection event for the World Championships took place in Delft. Following the conclusion of this selection, the committee announced the horse-and-rider combinations that will represent the Netherlands at the FEI WBFSH Dressage World Breeding Championship for Young Horses, held from August 5–10 in Verden, Germany.

Due to FEI regulations prohibiting riders from competing in both a youth and a senior championship within the same season, the Dutch team has undergone some changes.

World Championship Team
In the five-year-old category Vai Bruntink and Pitch Perfect (by Le Formidable) have joined the team. Franka Loos and Murk 540 are listed as first reserve. In the six-year-old category Julia Groenhart with Ortisei (by Glock’s Toto Jr.) and Kim Alting with Orange (by Vitalis) will represent the Netherlands. Anke van Moer is the reserve for this age group. In the seven-year-old category Leonie Richter and Most Wanted Nero von Bellin have been added to the team. Femke de Laat is the first reserve. Each age category has one reserve rider.
