On Saturday, January 3, 2026, the first round viewing Harness horse stallions will take place in IJsselmuiden. The timetable and group allocation have now been finalized and are available online.

The day will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the presentation of the harness horse stallions on the hard surface. In the morning, the stallions will enter the arena in groups. After the lunch break, the program will continue with, among other elements, the presentation of the approved stallions of the 2025 crop and the further in-hand evaluation per group. Each group of stallions will be presented, followed by an explanation from the committee.

Afternoon program
The afternoon program includes several shows, among them the presentation of the approved stallions of the 2025 crop, including Palladium (s.Hubert VDM), Sjimmie HBC (s.Macho), Pavarotti (s.Bocellie), and Realist van Altrido (s.Innovatief). The afternoon will conclude with the Tribute Cup and the Audience Award. The harness horse stallions that are referred on will also be presented again on Saturday, January 31, during the afternoon program of the KWPN Stallion Show in ’s-Hertogenbosch.

First round viewing Harness horse stallions in IJsselmuiden
On Saturday, January 3, 2026, the riding school of De Deltaruiters in IJsselmuiden will be entirely dedicated to the first round viewing of the Harness horse stallions. During this inspection, the new crop of three-year-old stallions will be presented to the stallion selection committee for the first time. In addition, several approved harness horse stallions will be shown, both in hand and in harness. The public is warmly welcome in IJsselmuiden. Admission is €20, including a program booklet and parking. Tickets are only available on site and cannot be purchased in advance. For those unable to attend in person, the first inspection can be followed live via KWPN.tv.
