Next week, the KWPN will take a major step in the further digitalisation of the association with the launch of its new online platform. This platform consists of a completely redesigned website, a new database and a renewed My KWPN environment.

On Sunday evening, 21 June at 8:00 p.m., My KWPN will be taken offline as part of the transition to the new system. From that moment until Thursday morning, 25 June at 10:00 a.m., no actions can be carried out.

What does this mean for you?
This means that it will temporarily not be possible to register foals, transfer horse ownership, enter horses for inspections or performance tests, request WFFS and D-OC tests, or make changes to your personal details. It will still be possible to consult horses via the database. The website will also remain online.

New login details
The new My KWPN environment will go live on Thursday morning, 25 June at 10:00 a.m. The login details for this environment differ from those of the previous My KWPN environment. Therefore, everyone will first need to create a new password. This can be done by entering your e-mail address and then setting a new password via the reset link you receive. Relations without a linked e-mail address can activate their account through the 'Link e-mail address' option.

Your details
To be able to log in again, your e-mail address is essential. It is therefore advisable to check and, if necessary, update your details in My KWPN before Sunday evening, so that the correct links can be established. In particular, please verify that the e-mail address, postal code and house number known to us are still up to date. You can also complete your foal registration or any other action before then.
