The walk is spacious, elastic and nicely through the body. He could place his hindleg further under the body, a 9. The trot displayed lots of power, balance and elasticity. We are not allowed to award an 11 for the canter, though that would be well-deserved”, stated jury member Janine van Twist after the test. The stallion received no less than three 10s for the trot, canter and submission. The total was 97 points.
As the last entry on the list, Don Romantic-offspring Lord Romantic swayed the jury. The trot has a good balance and impression. In the canter he displayed self-carriage and elasticity”, says Janine van Twist afterwards. The stallion received a 10 for the trot and general impression. The end total was 95 points.
Dinja van Liere saddled her stallion Lowlands (Millenium out of La Donna S by Donnerball). The stallion is bred by B. Schrapper of Groenheim and registered to Iron Spring Farm. “Lowlands has a lovely striding walk with lots of shoulder freedom. The trot is light-footed and athletic. The canter has abundant balance and elasticity but could be jumped slightly more uphill. It is an uncomplicated horse and was presented in a lovely manner”, explains Janine van Twist.
