All four dressage stallions score above 82 points
Chairman of the stallion selection committee Bert Rutten already stated earlier that this performance test was marked by quality over quantity. All four dressage stallions were just approved with applaudable scores.
The top score of 89 points was bestowed upon Extreme US (Escamillo out of Viva Contana PS by Vivaldi) that is owned by Joop van Uytert and breeder Paul Schockemöhle. This super talent received six 9s. “This stallion stands out with his eagerness to work, strong hindleg and three fantastic gaits. That’s exactly how we like to see them!”, praised Bert Rutten. The other three stallions also obtained respectable scores and laudatory commentary.
Next in line was O’Toto van de Wimphof (Glock’s Toto Jr out of Rastede elite IBOP-dres sport-dres pref PROK by Riccione, bred and owned by Carla Rienks-Kramer of De Wilgen and co-registered to E.J. Rienks and Joop van Uytert). The half-brother of Just Wimphof obtained 86,5 points. The expressive stallion is praised for his abundant ability to package his stride, his natural go and train- and rideability. A total of 82,5 points was earned by the powerful mover Osaka (Escolar out of Capri P elite EPTM-dres pref PROK by Florencio) of breeder Pegasus Stables of Bentelo and co-registered to Joop van Uytert and Bart Blaauwgeers.
