Lowlands triumphs in Stallion Competion Z-class
The final of the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition Dressage in the Z-class was won by Dinja van Liere and the Millennium-offspring Lowlands tonight. The stallion obtained 88,8 points in the final, receiving 9s for his walk, submission, and overall impression.
Lowlands (Millennium out of La Donna S by Donnerball, bred by Bernhard Schrapper of Groenheim) was the only stallion that participated in all three Z-level competitions this year. The victory was therefore a sure thing and yet well-deserved. Ridden by Dinja van Liere, the stallion consistently danced to high scores in each of their tests, including today’s final.
Hard to find a more handsome horse
Mariëtte Sanders – van Gansewinkel and Bart Bax assessed today’s finals of the Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition. “We have thoroughly enjoyed this test”, Mariëtte shares pleased. “It was easy and effortless. Plus, it's hard to find a more handsome horse than Lowlands! The walk was the highlight, it is pure, brisk yet resigned and shows ample overtrack. In trot we loved the cadence, rhythm, and silhouette. In the canter the flying changes were outstanding, nearly all of them were beautiful and relaxed.”
