This morning, six four-year-old jumper stallions and one Gelder stallion were presented under saddle to the stallion selection committee. After the saddle presentation and veterinary examination, six stallions could move into a stable at the KWPN Centre. 

The seven-year-old Gelder stallion Lorano V (Danser out of Verona K ster by Manno, bred by R. Vos of Staphorst) received the green light in Ermelo this morning. The Gelder stallion Ojee B (Ibsen B out of Jorien Tilde elite IBOP PROK by Rubus B, bred by G.S.W. te Bokkel of Eerbeek) was registered in last year’s autumn performance test. Today he was presented under saddle for the first time as part of the procedure towards full approval. Tuesday April 18, the stallion will be assessed one last time in the outdoor terrain. 

Jumper stallions

The entire stallion selection committee jumping assessed six four-year-old jumper stallions this morning as they were offered for the performance test by their owners. After the presentation under saddle and the veterinary examination, five stallions were accepted and may start their performance test. Afterwards, the stallion selection committee evaluated the three-year-old jumper stallions for the second time. The committee noticed a clear upward trend in the presentations of the stallions. The Liamant W-offspring Pacific (out of Vaviana keur pref prest IBOP-dres by Phin Phin, breeder E.G.M. Goldewijk of Marienvelde) and the Comme Il Faut-offspring Porsche Key SR (out of Anarchie by Fergar Mal, bred by E. & M.J. Sleutels of Roggel) were, after consultation with the registered parties, referred to the autumn performance test. 

Third evaluation

Next Tuesday April 11, the third intermediate evaluation of the jumper stallions starts at 08.30 hours.
