Today, the stallion selection committees assessed the jumper and Gelder stallions in the spring performance test in Ermelo. Thirteen jumper and two Gelder stallions may continue their performance test.

The entire stallion selection committee and the KWPN inspectors were present this morning for the intermediate evaluation of the jumper stallions in the spring performance test. The three-year-old jumper stallions were presented in their third evaluation today and it was the first assessment of the four-year-old jumper stallions. The stallion selection committee decided, in consultation with the registered parties, to refer the stallion First Edition VDS (Urano de Cartigny out of Mona-Lisa by Montender) to a later performance test.

Gelder stallions

The three Gelder stallions in the performance test were inspected by the stallion selection committee Gelder Horse today. Afterwards, they decided to terminate the performance test for the seven-year-old Lorano V (Danser out of Verona K. ster by Manno, breeder R. Vos of Staphorst). 

Dressage

The dressage stallions make their third appearance for the stallion selection committee on Friday April 14. On Tuesday April 18, the selection committees dressage, jumping and Gelder Horse return for the final intermediate assessment toward the final exam on Saturday April 22.
