The European Championship in Riesenbeck has started well for the Dutch horses participating in para-dressage. EHL Daula II N.O.P. became the European champion in the individual test, followed by Demantur RS2 N.O.P. and Katharina Sollenburg. In Grade V, there were medals for Alphaville N.O.P. and Highlanders Delight’s.

With Demi Haerkens in the saddle, EHL Daula II N.O.P. convincingly claimed the top spot in Grade IV. The Gribaldi daughter (out of Kladaula keur pref prest by Michelangelo, breeders J.M. van Uytert from Heerewaarden and A. Barneveld from Zeist) scored 77,55% and was ranked first by four of the five judges. Sanne Voets followed with Demantur RS2 N.O.P.
